Return Request
Return is easy! Once the request has been submitted, we will get in touch with you within 1 to 2 business days. If you have any further concern, please call +86-020-83527540 or live chat to get quick support.
How do I return?
- Enter your email address, order number and others in the fields above the click submit.
- You will get a confirmation email once the return request is approved
- If your request is approved, our customer service will reply to you with the RMA number of your purchase and the return address via email.
- After you return the item, please send us the tracking number.
- Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund in 7-10 working days
What items can be replaced?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please submit the form above and choose “Return and exchange” on Return / Refund field and detail explain the product issue that you received.
You show us the defect of the product by taking a video, which can speed up our processing so that you can get the replacement product faster.
What items are returnable?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that we do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

GFOGAMING offers a non-transferable, one-year replacement warranty with proof of purchase (based on the date of purchase); please retain your sales receipt. GFOGAMING warrants to the original consumer purchaser that your product is free from defects in both material and workmanship. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, GFOGAMING, at its discretion, will repair or replace the product at no charge.
